Campamento Converge is located in the mountains surrounding the Honduran city of Tegucigalpa. It sits in a temperate zone where temperatures can get rather chilly at night, and pine forests blow in the breezes throughout the day. With many trees and bushes on the property, Campamento Converge was the perfect place to develop a disc golf course. The terrain slopes and curves, allowing for long drives and technical midrange shots and putts.
The course winds its way through the entire property and takes advantage of the wonderful hills and trees that transport players to another place and time. Relax and enjoy one the best disc golf courses in Honduras. You may just end up playing against some professionals who have been practicing every day up there!
SEED Discs was excited to help Campamento Converge develop a beautiful disc golf course in the beautiful hills surrounding Tegucigalpa in Honduras.

Campamento Converge is located in a small village called El Horno, about thirty-five minutes south of the capital city of Tegucigalpa. It sits on about 14 acres of land in a very rural area. There are currently six buildings on the property. The main meeting hall is divided into three large sections, a kitchen and dining area, a meeting hall, and a multipurpose room. There are two large dorms on the property that sleep a total of 120 people. The camp also has 2 houses currently used to house 2 full-time missionaries. Finally, there is a small bath house.
Michelle Crotts, a missionary with International Teams, has been serving faithfully in Honduras for 10 years. She began working at the camp a few years ago with a team of Honduran pastors and Christian workers (Suyapa, Pastor Evert). Tim & Jennie Czelusniak from Connecticut with their 7 kids joined the team in the fall of 2012 along with Tate and Cassie Stimson, and their 4 children. Our goal is to finish the construction of the camp and use it to its fullest potential, to preach the Word of God to the people of Honduras. To disciple those searching for more.
